📣 Sign up today for our Denver Premier F45 Playoffs - Saturday, April 6th - hosted at by F45 West Highland.

🔹What is F45 Playoffs? F45 Playoffs is the 💥Ultimate Fitness Test💥. You compete in a 10min challenge that tests every aspect of your fitness with 10 exercises performed in sequential order for 45 secs of work with 15 seconds of rest. Each station has points associated with the meters/reps you complete. Grab your friends and let’s GO! Not a member of one of our studios - not to worry, this event is open to everyone! Get ready for a fun day with a DJ Soup, food/drinks and our vendors: RESET MIND BODY, My Fit Foods, SweetGreens & BetterBuzzYoga!

🔹It's an Individual or Team Competition! The Team Division will consist of 2 person teams. Teammates will be alternating stations.

🔹What does the day look like? We will have 3 heats, starting at 11am, noon and 1pm. The coaches will lead you through a thorough demonstration of the movement patterns, standards and set expectations for you. From there you will warm-up and one-by-one go through the 10 stations.
