Castro Valley Adult and Career Education is proud of the many accomplishments of our students and staff, and we want to increase public awareness and promote the continuation and improvement of our education programs. We annually request permission to use your photograph, name, audio recording, and video image in instructional or promotional materials and publicity efforts. This permission would allow us to use your name and image in brochures, print ads, the school website, social media, or other forms of promotion. The adult school may share student photos/videos with legislators, school district personnel, and community leaders to communicate the goals and achievements of our adult school students.

Additionally, I agree that I shall have no right, title, or interest in these published images or recordings, nor shall I find cause for action or injuries reported from them. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for any authorized publication.
