In this class we teach you how to navigate, backup, restore, relearn, upgrade firmware and common tech calls for service that we get. We will be going over the new dongle that replaces the MAP Tool. We also go over the VFD in this class and how to set it up
A2L Training – We will go over the best practices while using R454B
Econ - This training is for techs that are troubleshooting economizers. We will go over how to troubleshoot old Honeywell W7459, W7212, Jade W7220, SSE Johnson Controls and RRS economizer logic boards
New Product Overview – Go over new nomenclature, startup form changes, and DS Solutions app with 6 month labor warranty with approved startup form on app on Residential equipment
