COMPETITIVE Lodi FC / SV6 2024-2025 Season Tryout Registration!

Cocahes, player and staff are excited for upcoming season. This year tryouts will be begin on May 6th. Lodi FC / SV6 will have teams for both boys and girls born 2010-2018. Fill out the form below to register. We will follow up with an email which will include dates and location for tryouts. Dont forget to follow us on instagram @lodifutbolclub, for more details and updates on all Lodi FC events. This is NOT the registration for Recreational soccer league . Recreational league registration will open soon and have its own link.

Tryouts will be held at the Lodi High School soccer field at. 3 South Pacific Ave, Lodi, Ca 95242

Girls--May 6th & 8th, 2024

U7-U11 (2014-2018) 5:00-6:30pm U12-U14 (2011-2013) 6:30-8:00pm

Boys--May 7th & 9th, 2024

U7-U10 (2015-2018) 5:00-6:30pm U11-U14 (2011-2014) 6:30-8:00pm

**OLDERS**.

Girls 2010 U15--May 20th & 22nd--5:00pm-6:30pm

Boys 2010 U15--May 21st & 23rd--5:00pm-6:30pm

***Please arrive at least 30-60 minutes before scheduled time to check in and warm up

Bring soccer ball and water. Have your player dressed in BLACK clothing and in appropriate soccer attire (shorts, soccer cleats and shinguards)

In exchange for participation in the activity of LUFC including but not limited to tryouts, practice and games organized by Lodi United Futbol Club, of 14850 North Curry Avenue, Lodi, California, 95242 and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Lodi United Futbol Club, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:
1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and
warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Lodi United Futbol Club, or the employees, representatives or agents of Lodi United Futbol Club.
2. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks
associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself
and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Lodi United Futbol Club for
injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Lodi United Futbol Club, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Lodi United Futbol Club or other third parties.
3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and defend Lodi United Futbol Club against all claims,
causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Lodi United Futbol Club.
4. FEES. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Lodi United Futbol Club caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.
