Vendors are an important part of our Skagit Valley Highland Games, and we do everything we can to make it a fun and worthwhile experience! If you are a vendor looking to be present at this year's Games on Saturday, July 13th and Sunday, July 14th 2024, please read the following information and complete the form below to register.
This year the Skagit Valley Highland Games will be held at the Skagit County Fairgrounds at 501 Taylor St, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. There will be options for indoor and outdoor vending spaces (all food vendors will still be located outdoors). All vendors will have access to power.

Vendor Guidelines
We make efforts to have merchandise that is generally “Celtic” in theme and to the extent possible try to not duplicate food selections especially. For that reason, we also request that all food vendors submit their food menus with their application.
Our process is to review applications and make the determination on including vendors before depositing an application payment (check or credit card). If an application is not approved for any reason, we’ll return the vendor fee payment as soon as possible with notification to the applicant. The Celtic Arts Foundation reserves the right to include or reject an application for any reason.
New Fire Code regulations have gone into effect as of January 1, 2018. We encourage vendors to make preparations as far in advance as possible. Food trucks/trailers (anything on wheels) must be certified by L&I before operating in Washington state. Food truck vendors are encouraged to begin this process as soon as possible in order to have approved inspection prior to the Skagit Valley Highland Games. Food trucks/trailers without proper L&I approval will not be allowed to operate at the Games. We will notify you about additional information on fire considerations once we receive it (stay tuned to website for updates).

- Merchandise Vendor 10x20 $500
- Merchandise Vendor 20x20 $700
- Information Providing Non-Profit $0
- Table and Chair Rental (8-foot table, two chairs) $40
- Additional Highland Games Weekend Passes (4 included with registration) $10
Each approved vendor and information-providing non-profit receives four complimentary passes to the Highland Games; additional passes are available for $10 each.
