    Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. If you're not selected, we encourage you to explore the many other excellent events around the Triangle.

    🧠 How We Decide
    Acceptance is based on a mix of evolving factors reviewed by our small, professional team. These include (but are not limited to):

    Product quality
    Local sourcing
    Customer demand
    Vendor category balance
    Farm vs. non-farm ratio
    Overall fit with current market offerings

    ✅ Requirements (Read Carefully)

    • Insurance: All vendors must have General Liability Insurance to participate.
      Don’t have insurance yet? We can connect you with affordable options. You do not need insurance to apply — just secure it after you’re accepted.
    • Booth Size: Max setup size is 10x10 ft, including tent and displays.

    • Tent + Equipment: All vendors need a 10x10 tent and (4) 20-lb weights.
      New vendor? We offer rental options for tents, weights, chairs, tables, and more to help you get started.

    • Payments: All vendors must accept both cash and card payments. Need help setting up mobile payments or Tap to Pay? We have simple support programs to help you get set up quickly and start selling confidently.

      Promo/Info Booths: Extremely limited — usually 1–2 per market day.

    • No On-Site Applications: We do not process vendor applications on-site or by phone.


    📆 Application Timeline
    Applications take 3–14 business days to process, depending on volume.
    Market participation is always subject to re-evaluation by our team.
    You may not receive a response if you apply for a closed or full category.

    🚫 Categories We Do NOT Accept:
    Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or Direct Sales
    Any cannabis or hemp-derived products (CBD, Delta-8, etc.)
    Please do not apply if you fall into these categories.

    💸 Fees & Rates
    Flat Daily Rate – We do NOT take a percentage of your sales.
    All fees are due at least 10 days before the market day
    Application & Vendor fees are non-refundable
    💰 Standard Rates (Per Market Day)

    • Single Market Day: $55 (Members: $25)
    • Agricultural Vendor: $25 (Members: $0)
    • Hot Food Vendor: $75 (Members: $45)
    • Food Truck / Trailer On-Site: +$45
    • Sponsorship Packages: Start at $300+


      All complete applications in open categories will be reviewed. Expect a response within 3–14 business days.

If you want flexibility to sell at multiple markets while paying per event, the Premier Membership gives you that control. For vendors who prefer to focus on one location, the Roots Membership keeps things simple. And for those who want to drop in occasionally, the Pay-As-You-Go option is available.

    Roots Membership – $250/season🌱

    -First access to special event opportunities at your primary market.

    Premier Membership – $400/season🚜
    Pick & choose where you sell

    Ability to sell at any Midweek Market location, paying per market attended.
    -Discounted booth fees compared to non-members.
    -Early access to vendor sign-ups before general applications open.
    -Priority waitlist for sold-out markets.

    Harvest Membership – $1,500/season🌾
    Maximum flexibility & top-tier exposure

    -Unlimited access to all Midweek Market locations throughout the Triangle.
    -Priority placement at all markets.
    -No per-market stall fees for 2025 Season – Your membership covers all standard vendor costs.
    -Featured vendor promotions on our website, social media, and newsletters.
    -Exclusive invitations to high-traffic seasonal markets & special events.

    Founders Membership – $3,000 (One-Time Fee) 🌾
    Exclusive & lifetime access for early supporters! Limited to just 15 vendors – Be one of the first to help shape the Midweek Market community.

    -Lifetime membership – No annual fees; enjoy permanent access to all Midweek Market locations across the Triangle.
    -Priority booth placement at every market you attend.
    -Special Founder’s recognition on the website, at events, and in all vendor promotions.
    -Exclusive invites to members-only events, networking opportunities, and business development workshops.
    -Priority consideration for seasonal and special event markets.                        -No per-market stall fees for 2025 Season
