Acceptance into our market(s) is based on a host of constantly evolving factors weighed by our small, professional management team. These factors include but are not limited to, product quality, local sourcing, customer demand, product overlap with current vendors, farm to non-farm vendor ratio, and other specific complex criteria. Submission of a vendor application does NOT guarantee a spot at the market. If your application is declined, we encourage you to explore other wonderful vendor markets and events around the RTP area. There are many to choose from.
- All participants must supply a Certificate of General Business Liability insurance. If you are unable or unwilling to secure insurance, you will not be able to participate. This is a requirement, and there is no waiver available. You can secure insurance after you are accepted to the market(s), you DO NOT NEED it to apply.
- Informational and promotional spaces are available only but space is very limited in this category (usually one per market day).
-All participants must have the ability to take card payments!
- The maxium size space allotted is a 10x10. Your booth setup must fit within a 10x10 space including your tent.
- Code word: Squash (enter this in the application below when asked for the code word)
-You are required to bring your own 10 x 10 tent and 4-20 lb tent weights
Applications take 3-14 business days to process, depending on the amount of incoming applications. We do not handle applications on-site at the market or over the phone. After initial acceptance, your business' ability to participate in the market is always subject to reconsideration based on our management's judgement. You may not receive a response if you apply for a closed category (see below).
We are NOT accepting the following types of vendors at this time:
ANY type of Hot take away foods, Multi-level Marketing (MLM) or Direct Sale products. ANY type of cannabis or hemp derived products including but not limited to CBD, Delta-8, etc.
Please do not waste your own time and ours by submitting an application in any of those categories.
Fees: All fees are a flat rate (we do not charge a percentage of sales) and range in amount depending on your category & placement. Wednesday range: $65-$150+ All rates are daily and due at minum 7 days before the market. Application fee is non-refundable.
