In consideration of my child's participation of outdoor activities organized under Sunhouse Nature School held at Trout Lake Park.

The Participant will participate in the following activity: Outdoor nature-based activities and games at Trout Lake Park, as facilitated under the sole supervision, liability, and discretion of the on-site outdoor educator(s), hereby referred to as the Activity Facilitator(s).
I acknowledge that class absences, for reasons including but not limited to illness, vacation, or weather advisories, are not eligible for refunds or credits.
This Waiver and Release of Liability and its terms are contractual and not a mere recital, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
