    • Introduce themselves and let them know that Crossmark continues to be the Vendor for Readerlink in Dept. 21; Books.
    • Write Name and Number on the back of each business card and let the management team know that you will be servicing the store you are in.
    • If they have any questions or concerns to feel free to contact the Book Support number provided or yourself directly. 
    • Ensure that every store visit you are meeting up with someone from the store management team.  Communication is key in building a better relationship for the future!
