Admissions Procedure
As part of the admissions process, the school requires specific documents to assist in the selection of students. The school cannot make enrollment decisions until all documents have been received. Below is an admissions checklist. We accept applications beginning September 15th for the following school year. Please be certain that all required steps are taken to ensure that documents are completed and sent to the Admissions Office by the application deadline.

Application for Admission Complete and submit a separate form for each child as soon as possible.

Applicant Photo Please include a photo of the applicant with the application form.

Parent Statement Complete and submit the form as soon as possible.

Parent ID Please include a photo of the parent's ID with the application form.

Preschool

Parent Evaluation Parent's are requested to complete the parent evaluation part of the form.

Preschool Teacher Evaluation Give to the student's current preschool teacher or daycare provider with a stamped envelope, after January 1.

Preschool Visit Preschool applicants are invited to visit the primary classroom, for a morning. The Director of Admissions will contact you with an invitation to schedule a visit.

Kindergarten

Kindergarten Teacher Evaluation Give to the student's current preschool teacher or daycare provider with a stamped envelope, after January 1.

Parent-Child Interview All parents of kindergarten applicants will meet with the Director of Admissions for an informal interview and tour. The Director of Admissions will contact you with an invitation to schedule an interview and tour.

Kindergarten Visit Kindergarten applicants are invited to visit the primary classroom, for a morning. The Director of Admissions will contact you with an invitation to schedule a visit.

Kindergarten Age Requirement Ulama Elite Schools requires that a kindergarten applicant turns 5 by September 1 of the year of enrollment.

Grade 1

Teacher Evaluation Give to student's current teacher with a stamped envelope, after January 1.

School Records Request Send to appropriate official at student's current school, after January 1.

Parent-Child Interview All parents of Grade 1 applicants will meet with the Director of Admissions for an informal interview and tour. The Director of Admissions will contact you with an invitation to schedule an interview and tour.

Visit All applicants to Grade 1 are required to visit Ulama Elite Schools for one full school day. The Director of Admissions will contact you with available schedule to arrange the date.

If you have any questions about the application procedures, please do not hesitate to contact the Director of Admissions. Admission notification will be made in March.

Upon the receipt of this application, we will send you the Teacher Evaluation Form if applicable to your student. You will have to take the file to your students teacher or daycare provider and with an envelope and a stamp and have them fill it out and mail it to Ulama Elite Schools office.
