By Train:
Maynooth railway station serves the town of Maynooth. It is a key exchange station on the Dublin to Maynooth commuter services, Dublin to Mullingar/Longford long-distance commuter service and Dublin to Sligo to intercity service. Maynooth university is a short 5 minute walk from the train station
By Bus:
Bus routes 66 and 67 from Dublin Service Maynooth town.
Food in Maynooth:
Unfortunately, there is no lunch available on campus throughout the course, however Maynooth is a university town and lunch options are plentiful. We will allow 90 mins for lunch every day so there will be ample time to walk to the town (Dunnes and Aldi are 5 minute walk from campus), where there is multiple coffee shops and lunch options available throughout the town.
Alternatively there will be a room available for you in the building to eat a packed lunch.
If you opt to be residential, each room will have access to a communal kitchen within the apartment.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is available onsite and will be provided directly by Maynooth University. SEIi will not be involved in any aspect of accommodation so if you have any queries contact reservations@spcm.ie directly with the subject line SUZUKI ENQUIRY.
Please read carefully ALL the info below to make sure you understand the booking process.
The accommodation is on the north campus, participants can choose book and pay for a single ensuite bedroom within a 5 bedroom apartment. Each participant will have access to their own private single lockable ensuite bedroom and will have shared access to a kitchen and living area within every 5 bedroom apartment. Please note that you will share a kitchen and a living area with other participants attending the same Suzuki event. The nightly rate is €45.00 per person per single ensuite bedroom on a bed only basis.
To book please follow the steps below:
1. Visit our website at www.maynoothcampus.com
2. Enter the enquiry dates and the voucher code Suzuki 2024 and press the ‘Book Now’ button.
3. Proceed to completing the booking by submitting ALL the contact and guest information and complete the reservation by settling payment at this time.
Important things to note:
1.There MUST be a minimum of one adult present in each apartment.
2. Please be aware that the bedroom allocations are randomly allocated by the reservation system. Therefore if you want to share your apartment with a specific family, this booking must be completed and paid for by One person only. If this is not done you will not be guaranteed to be sharing with who you want.
Please email reservations@spcm.ie and put SUZUKI ENQUIRY in the subject line where Maynooth’s reception team will try and accommodate your request where possible. Please note that the payment will be taken in full and the guest names will be required at the time of the booking.
3. If you do not enter the voucher code you will not receive the special discounted rate. Should you not receive the rate of €45.00 then check the code was submitted at the enquiry page and that the dates were from the 15th(Check in) – 18th August (check out). Should you not have entered the event code then unfortunately we cannot amend the payment after it has been taken. Your understanding is appreciated with this.*
