Does your child have any learning, behavioral, or social challenges that may affect her needs at our meetings or events? If so, please describe.
In order to accommodate all types of learners, and to help with emotion recognition skills for all of our members, we ask that no face masks be used at our meetings and field trips. Are you comfortable with this?

I understand that this group reflects conservative values and virtues, and that this group has a modest dress code and standards for respectable behavior which will be discussed at the orientation meeting and outlined in the Family Handbook.
We offer a rich program of service work and field trips that build confidence and teamwork. Local activities (field trips, meetings, etc) are attended by leaders, girls, and 1–2 parent chaperones/helpers as needed. Parents may join the screened volunteer pool to rotate as chaperones or meeting helpers. Troop meetings and field trips are drop-off activities, with optional transportation for trips.
We use a parent portal platform for all communications, enrollment paperwork and permission forms, announcements, calendaring, and billing. Parents are expected to use the portal on a regular basis and ensure they have notifications turned on in the app.
Technology Policy: Any internet-accessing devices the girls have must be off and stowed away during troop meetings and activities. This includes phones, smartwatches, tablets, etc. Girls and parents are welcomed to use our office number anytime to reach each other if needed. Volunteers are asked to abstain from device usage while with the troop except in the case of sharing approved educational content with the troop, in emergency situations, or as as deemed necessary for the needs of the program delivery.
