WE ARE a FULLY INSURED BALLOON DECOR BUSINESS.

If the venue where you are hosting your event requires vendor insurance, we will forward a copy of our COI once the deposit is received.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT: Deposits are based on 50% of the total cost on the invoice unless notified otherwise. The remaining balance must be paid 24hrs before the event date.
BALLOONS OUTDOORS: Please be advised that certain factors affect the longevity and appearance of the balloons. Direct sunlight can cause balloons to pop, especially when exposed for prolonged periods. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to position the balloon installations in a fully shaded area to minimize the risk of popping. Additionally, it should be noted that most balloons may appear oxidized when placed outdoors. Heat, wind and extreme temperature changes are not good for balloons. We will not be liable for weather related malfunctions and/or responsible for what the weather can do to your installation once we leave the premises. An indoor installation during hotter days is always recommended for optimal results.
CANCELLATION POLICY & LAST MINUTE BOOKING: Deposits are non-refundable, as they are intended to be a retainer for securing your event reservation. In the event of a cancellation, you are entitled to receive a refund of your second payment (not deposit) if you notify us at least 7-14 days prior to the original event date. Otherwise, you may apply the initial deposit towards a newly scheduled party if held within 30 days of the original event date. A new deposit will be required if the event has not been rescheduled within 30 days of the prior canceled event date as it will be treated as a brand new order after that time. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate cancellation, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. Therefore, we kindly request that you communicate with us regarding any changes or cancellations in a timely manner. Please sign below to acknowledge this disclaimer.
All items (except for balloons) are rented. Items will be returned in good condition. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. We highly value the condition and functionality of our rental items, and we expect our clients to do the same. Any elements of the design and/or decor, backdrops, balloons and props are not allowed to be moved once set up is complete. Miami Balloon Queen LLC, its owner and assistants will not be held liable for any claims to injuries or accidents resulted in the use of the rental of any of the materials, items, products from the setup.
