Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 fair. We look forward to seeing those that have previously participated in the fair and likewise welcome all new vendors!
We have detailed the prices and rules associated with exhibiting at the fair. Please contact us if you have further questions or concerns.
Cost:
- Booth fee of $50.00 if you want up front by carnival, or $35.00 if you would like under the pavillion. The following items may NOT be sold during the fair. Any form of fireworks, or exploding devices, or anything unlawful, no food items or novelty food items or drinks. Other items may be determined by the fair board as offensive or
dangerous. You will be asked to return them to your vehicle.
- Dunking Booth: Booth fee of $50.00, A $500,000 liability insurance policy endorsing the Belle Fair as the insured must be purchased by the vendor. A copy must accompany the contract.
- Animal, or Mechanical Rides: Booth fee of $200.00. Charges include adequate booth space. Each ride requires individual agreement. Each ride vendor agrees to liability insurance to cover the ride and endorse the Belle Fair, and must accompany this form.
- Electricity is available free of charge, please indicate if you need electricity. The exhibitor is responsible for providing their own extension cords, tables, tents, chairs, etc.
Setup & Departures:
- Check in- You will receive your location of booth space when you check in at the Belle Fair office(unless pre-arranged.) Booths may be set up starting on Wednesday June 19th starting at 2:00pm. All booths are outside, we do have spaces under a pavilion, they are first come first serve.
- You must secure your items. Tractors and trailers must have blocks to hold them in place and tents must be secured with sandbags, blocks, or tie downs. You are responsible for providing the items needed to secure your items.
- There are no set hours for vendors to man their booth, we recommend having your booth open from the hours of 4:00pm-10:00 pm Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday - Saturday 1:00pm -11:00 pm.
- Vendor warrants that the premises shall be left in as good condition as the vendor found them; this includes picking up and disposal of trash at and around your booth.
- Although general security will be provided throughout the fair, we suggest you take additional precautions with your items. The Belle Fair and the City of Belle will not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or expenses arising out of the activities of the Belle Fair.
- The vendor agrees to indemnify the Belle Fair, any of its sponsors, and the City of Belle against any loss resulting from any activity of the vendor during the Belle Fair.
Upon receipt of information, a confirmation will be sent via email or text message. Please specify on application which method of confirmation you would prefer.
Passes will not be mailed in advance. If you show up after the fair has started to set up, please let the gate person know you are a vendor, they will have a list of all vendors that ordered season passes. If you did not preorder you will need to pay the nightly fee to get in the gate.
