Please be sure that ALL team members complete Ride Registration form in addition to completing this team registration form. The Rider Registration form will be availalble on or before April 30th with a link on the USA Northeast Website. Teams can be mixed riders from both FEI and AERC. You will only need 3 riders to form a team and if you have less than 5, please mark NA for empty fields.

The LD team captain will be on the ground or ride with the team. The 50,65,75,100 mile teams will have a captain that will be "on the ground" coaching their teams. Riders are not required to ride together as a team, but that is part of the strategy you will discuss with your captain.

If you have less than 5 members on yoru team, are you willing to have a team member assigned to your team?
The team fee is $150 and only one member needs to submit this team registration with all of your teammate names. The team registration fee includes Thursday and Friday informational clinics (D4ER has a separate fee), exhibitors party Thursday evening, team vet-in, team photo, common team crew area and team prizes. Even though there is no fee for team riders, we are asking each person to "sign up" for the clinics so we can gauge attendance plus two of the clinics have limited entries to participate with your horse. The link for clinic sign ups and all informtion about the clinics is on our website" www.usaneenduranceinc.org

You will be emailed a confirmation with the team registration and there will be a link to edit the entry if you have new members to add or other changes.
