  • Before filling in the registration, please read the following points:

    • Please include all members of your family or group in the same registration
    • The first page of the form applies to all members of your family/group
    • Each member of your family/group should then be registered individually in the appropriate category
    • The first person to register must be an adult. This person will be responsible for the registration and all communications will be made with this person.
    • Please register all the adults in your family/group before children

    All ESVG 2024 participants must be members of their national or regional Suzuki association

    After you submit the complete registration:

    • You will receive an email confirming the submission of this form.
    • We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your registration
    • You will then receive a single invoice for your entire family/group. The invoice will include registration, accommodation, and shuttle service fees.
    • Your registration will be confirmed when we receive payment of the invoice.

  • Registration Fees

     First parent/guardian in family  €50.00
     Second and subsequent parent(s)/ guardians  free
     Suzuki Teacher or Observer  €65.00
     First Suzuki Viola Student in family  €85.00
     Second/subsequent Suzuki Viola Student  €75.00
     Sibling aged 4 and older Note: this category is for siblings who are not Suzuki viola students. They may be eligible to take part in ESVG classes for non-violists  €10.00
    Sibling aged 3 and younger  free

     Accommodation fees

    Adults and children 8 years and older. Two nights full board* €155.00
    Single room supplement (adults only, limited availability) €80.00
    Children under 8 years old. Two nights full board* €110.00
    Adults and children 8 years and older. Meals only** €90.00
    Children under 8 years old. Meals only** €67.00
    Towels, if you are not bringing your own €3.50 each

    For family and friends who wish to attend the final concert on Sunday 17th November and have lunch, please contact the organisers.

    Shuttle Service fares

    Eindhoven Airport or 's-Hertogenbosch Station to De Beukenhof. Please see website for times, pickup points etc.

    Return ticket (no single fares available)  €12.00
    Return ticket, children aged 3-7 €10.00
    Infants (2 years old and under)  free

     

    *"Full board" includes two nights' accommodation, all meals (from dinner on Friday 15th November to lunch on Sunday 17th inclusive), and free coffee, tea and lemonade for children.

    **"Meals only" includes lunch and dinner as above (not breakfast), and free coffee, tea and soft drinks for children.

    Photography at ESVG 2024.
    Photographs and/or short video clips may be taken by a teacher or the organisers at ESVG 2024, to be used in future recognition, training, and promotional material linked to ESVG or national and regional Suzuki Associations.
    You will be asked to sign a release/consent form at the time of in-person registration indicating whether you authorize the European Suzuki Viola Gathering (ESVG) to use photographic and video images which may include your child or children for such purposes.
