    Just a few questions to make sure we can understand any adjustments we might need to make to keep you safe and healthy. Our definition of a person with disability includes a variety of disability experiences such as physical disability, sensory disability, neurodivergence, chronic illness, medical conditions and/or mental health conditions. Roles can be adjusted to recognise different needs of a volunteer - such as availability, timing, size of role, disability, language and flexibility needed.     This section is included because throughout most events and activities at Pride WA, we will be taking photographs and potentially filming. These images and recordings may be used as a record of the event and may be used within a diverse range of materials including brochures, websites, reports, social media, presentations, advertising, films, videos press and are sometimes made available to Pride WA's sponsors, partners and allied organisations for use in their materials. If your image is used, you consent without payment or compensation to Pride WA's use of your image (in whole or part) in perpetuity and you acknowledge you have no further rights to the image, film or audio. We are seeking your permission to collect these photographs, films and audio.

    By providing your personal information to Pride WA, you consent to us collecting, storing, and using it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect your information to communicate with you, deliver our programs and events, support your participation in Pride WA activities, collect statistics and comply with our legal obligations. We may also use your details to send updates about Pride WA, including volunteer opportunities, community initiatives, or fundraising campaigns. Your information is kept secure and will only be shared with third parties where required by law or with your explicit permission.
