    Do you think your bra might have a manufacturing fault? Most bras at Brava are designed to be hand washed only. The care tag on each bra has clear instructions, wash by hand. Machine washing can lead to noticeable damage, which is clearly caused by a machine, whether it's the first wash or the twentieth. For your item to be assessed by our Customer Care team you are welcome to submit an enquiry using the form below.   • Please note: Once your enquiry has been approved, any item being returned due to a fault must be hand washed prior to sending it back. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept items in an unclean state. Returns that are soiled, stained, odorous or otherwise unhygienic may be refused or returned to the customer at our discretion.
