Request HAABase Account
Please complete this form to request a new HAABase account. Accounts can only be created by employees of the Welsh Government, Welsh Local Authorities and the RCAHMW and other pre-approved groups. To create an account, fill out the information below. If you application is approved you will be sent a link to a form to complete. After completion of the form your username will be sent to you in the validation email and is what you will use to log on to the database. The email address you provide must be your official email address. This will be used to validate your account before you can log in.
