All projects applying for support will be expected to state measurable targets as means of measuring progress, allowing analysis and conclusions to be drawn at the end of the project in the interests of the wider network. These measurable targets should focus on the impact that the Boot Camp will have on the activities of the participating cinemas and on the learnings the participants can take away from it.
Measurement
The form allows you to identify a measurable goal, identify both the current situation that you wish to improve, your target improvements and how they will be measured.
Choose a measure that will allow the impact of your project to be assessed – whether those goals are finally met or not. Please turn the project objectives (that you provided in section B) into measurable targets, showing what the current performance is and a target improvement as well as the way you plan to measure this (for example, audience surveys, pre and post project interview with participating cinemas, box office data, web analytics, etc).
For example:
The measurable target: Build a consistent green strategy for local cinemas
Current performance: Less than 20% of cinemas have a written plan
Target performance: 100% of cinemas will have started working on a written strategy within six months of the Boot Camp.
How will you measure this: Survey of members and agreed written documents
