ELCA Youth Gathering Information
Sixteen of our youth and three Adult Leaders will be heading to New Orleans for the ELCA Youth Gathering. This event happens every 3 years but due to COVID, we haven't been able to attend since it took place in Houston in 2018. The Gathering's five goals: for us to be affirmed and challenged in our faith, experience new perspectives, ponder our vocation, bond with our group, and to learn more about the ELCA and their partners. We will do all this through a 5 day event that will have an aspect of accompaniment, Synod Day, Mass Gathering worship and speakers, and more. We are all so looking forward to this opportunity!
