  • Victim Services is for a person who has suffered physical, sexual, financial, or emotional harm because of the commission of a crime. Project victims also include stalking, and or bullying.

    *There are no emergency services available. We only serve victims located in Pulaski County. Victims are required to participate in 4-hours training. We only provide: 1. assistance for hotel stays that will be in your name, 2. rent in your name, 3. utilities in your name, 4. bus vouchers, or 4. personal hygiene (for you) or groceries supplies can be ordered and you can pick them up at a Wal Mart near you or we can arrange to have them delivered to an address of your choice (at your expense). This is a one-time financial assistance up to $300.00 cannot be used towards anything else (only 2 payments totaling the amount will be paid). Before any funds are paid, we will need: government ID, rent/house document, proof of car payment, documentation from the court that you have been a victim within the last 24 months, and a form completed (this form will be emailed to you after you complete the 4-hr. training). If payments are requested to be paid to agencies for which you have a password --we will need that information for the electronic payment. There are no cash payments. The next class will be held virtually on July 28 and 29th. The time will start at 5:00 pm and we will end at 7:00 pm on both days. You must be on camera in a position to participate.
