PSH Conversion Pre-Solicitation Engagement Series

The City of Baltimore is looking to convert recently purchased hotels into permanent supportive housing (PSH) for those at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness. The goal of this engagement series is to inform community stakeholders of the City’s plans to acquire sites for permanent supportive housing (PSH), address any questions and/or concerns, and acknowledge any broad-based goals and/or aspirations as the City begins the solicitation process to identify qualified applicants to re-develop and operate acquired sites. This virtual engagement series is comprised of three separate sessions to maximize engagement, and will be held on the following dates/times:
- Session 1- PSH Housing Plan Overview: March 20th from 6-7pm
- Session 2 - Pre-bid Solicitation: March 27th from 12-1pm
- Session 3 - Pre-bid Solicitation: April 3rd from 6-7pm
