This includes a personal artist page on our website, promotion across our social media channels — not ads, but posts, reels, and stories as general social media content centred around our products that may feature your logos/artwork and music where permitted. Importantly, we also provide customer service management. We're here to ensure your merchandise reaches your fans seamlessly."
4: Can I design my own merchandise?
Answer: "While we welcome your logos and artwork designs, the actual product design process is handled by our team. We have extensive experience in knowing what works best for our range of products. After receiving your logos/artwork, we'll apply it to the merchandise options and provide you with mock examples for approval. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product not only meets our quality standards but also aligns with your vision.
5: How much will I earn for the merchandise sold?
Answer: "You will earn 20% of the revenue after VAT on each item sold through Merchstore.ie. We cover all the production and shipping costs, meaning there are no upfront expenses for you. Our goal is to ensure that you benefit from every sale, supporting your music career with additional revenue streams."
6: What is required to process my earnings?
Answer: "To process your earnings, we require a responsible party from your band or act to sign for the release of funds. This ensures that your earnings are securely and accurately managed. Additionally, after the initial signup process, we'll ask for details of a bank account or revolut where we can transfer your earnings electronically."
7: How and when will I receive my earnings?
Answer: "Earnings are paid out quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on the level of revenue generated. We'll transfer your earnings directly to the provided revolut or standard bank account. This process is designed to be as smooth and transparent as possible, allowing you to easily track and manage your revenue, similar to how you might use platforms like Bandcamp or a digital music distribution service to generate revenue from your music."
