Hi there! Thanks for your interest in booking with me. This form should only take a few minutes and helps make the booking process smoother for both of us.

My minimum is $200. Larger projects are priced hourly and vary based on design, size, and placement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Please be clear and detailed when describing your idea. Visual references help the most—include example images and at least one of my pieces so I can understand the style and level of detail you're looking for. The clearer your vision, the easier it is for me to quote accurately without a lot of back and forth.

Incomplete forms or ideas that aren’t fully thought out may not receive a response. If your idea doesn’t align with my style, I won’t be able to take on the project.

how to best fill out this form:

Multiple ideas? List them in order of priority and limit to 2 maximum (unless they are small/simple pieces).
Matching tattoos with another person? Submit one form and include information for both people.
Booking together but getting different tattoos? Submit separate forms at the same time and note who you are booking with in the “Other Info” section.

i do not do front ribs(side of abdomen), lower back or behind the ear. hands will require a series of touch ups to last over time at $25 each. all other standard locations get 1 free touch up included. (it's okay if you are considering multiple locations, you can list them all here :))
