hi there! thank you for your interest in booking with me. this should only take a few minutes of your time and will greatly help make the process of booking easier for both of us.

my minimum is $200 and goes up based on design, sizing, and placement on the body. a deposit will be required to hold an appointment time on my calendar.

please be as detailed as possible and include reference/ example images (please at least include one of my pieces so i know what style + detail you are looking for), as it will help me see your vision and accurately quote pricing without a ton of back and forth. if your form is incomplete or your idea isn't "baked" you may not receive a response.

how to best fill out this form:

have multiple ideas? please list in order of priority and limit to 2 max.
want to get matching tattoos with another person? please submit 1 form with info for both of you.
want to book with someone but you are getting seperate tattoos? submit seperate forms at the same time and indicate who you are booking with in the 'other info' box.

i do not do front ribs(side of abdomen), lower back or behind the ear. hands will require a series of touch ups to last over time at $25 each. all other standard locations get 1 free touch up included. (it's okay if you are considering multiple locations, you can list them all here :))
