Please note: By completing this order form after checkout, you agree to all policies outlined on our website and confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete for your design to be fulfilled.
For any designs that need to be rushed, which means completed in less than two (2) days, please know there is a rush fee. This puts you at priority of receiving your design!
No designs/products will be sent until invoice is PAID, if not already paid in full.
I will reach out to confirm creative ideas after completion of the form and payment has been recieved.
