    Please do not begin any land-clearing or site preparation prior to receiving approval from the EMPOA Architectural Committee. EMPOA strongly recommends that you acquire an up-to date property survey along with a Fire-Wise inspection prior to proceeding with any construction or land clearing. Any proposed variances to the protective covenant & bylaws must be requested through a separate "Variance Request Form".

This includes any roadway damage and/or private property damage including common areas which are maintained by the English Mountain Property Owners Association and will pay for such damages in the amount required to repair the damaged property to it's original condition along with reasonable legal/attorney’s fees should any become necessary to recover such damages, prior to being entitled to final occupancy.
