By signing this form you agree to the following:
All items (except for ballloons) are rented. Items will be returned in good condition, failure to do so may result in additional fees.
Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 24hrs prior to the event date.
In the event of a cancellation due to any reason, the deposit will not be refunded but may be applied to another event if held within 90 days.
Outdoor installations should be on a leveled surface and in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. Direct sunlight risks damaging and/or popping of the balloons which we will not be responsible for.
Weather may affect outdoor installations, therefore, we will not be liable for weather related malfunctions. We reserve the right to refuse a setup due to poor weather conditions.
The client acknowledges and agrees that Miami Balloon Queen LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or other losses that may occur as a result of the decor setup, display, or removal. All balloon decor is intended for visual purposes only and should not be climbed on, pulled, or tampered with. The client assumes full responsibility for informing guests and venue staff of this and for ensuring the safety of the setup area throughout the duration of the event.
Miami Balloon Queen LLC is not responsible for damages or injuries caused by environmental factors, guest interaction, or venue interference once installation is complete.
