Booking
When booking clients will be asked for a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure their appointment, deposits will be applied to the total bill. The deposit will be paid online via Vagaro.
Cancellations
I understand that life happens!
Please message or email me as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I understand schedules change and request at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, I can move your booking deposit to another appointment date and time, however, I cannot refund you. Appointments canceled, or a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
If you or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please get in touch with me immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety, mine, and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick your appointment may be cut short or canceled, and you will lose your deposit.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be cut short depending on availability. If you are asked to reschedule due to being late your deposit is still non-refundable.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds for salon services. However, please notify me within 5 days if you are unhappy and I will reschedule you and make every effort to correct the problem.
Product Returns
I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Before you commit to buying a full-size product, I can provide a sample for you to take home and try. Once a full-size product is purchased, there are no refunds.
