The Manito Park Art Festival 2024

Thank you for applying to be a food vendor at our annual Friends of Manito Art Festival!  Please read the terms and conditions and fill out the information requested. Please submit your application no later than May 1, 2024.  Once approved we will send you an email with a contract to sign as well as a request for a copy of your business license and Certificate of Insurance naming The Friends of Manito and the City of Spokane as insured for the date of the festival.

The Friends of Manito Art Festival will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024

Hours of Festival are 10:00 am to 6:00pm. 

Vendor load-in will begin at 7:00 am on the day of the festival.

Please submit your application no later than May 1, 2024

Food Vendor and Friends of Manito agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor will prepare and sell food from a food truck or trailer
2. The vendor will set up their food truck on the green in the section designated for food trucks.  Load in will begin at 7:00 am on the day of festival and will be on a first come first served basis.
3. The vendor will adhere to Spokane Regional Health Department's regulations including proper sanitation of the workspace.
4. The vendor and any of their employees working the festival must be in possession of a Washington State Food Worker card.
5. The vendor will comply with all other applicable city, state and federal laws and regulations.
6. The vendor must be in possesssion of a business license in order to conduct sales within the city of Spokane.
7. The vendor must possess insurance naming The Friends of Manito and City of Spokane. 
8. The sale of alcohol is not permitted
9. Cancellation: Either party can terminate this agreement up to 7 days prior to the event date.  Failure to adhere to the requirements of this contract can result in contract termination.
10. The vendor will provide disposable plates, utensils and napkins as appropriate to the food being served.
11. The vendor understands that their site will not have access to electricity.
12. The vendor agrees to donate to the Friends of Manito 10% of the gross receipts for the day as a booth fee.
13. Payment must be submitted to the Friends of Manito by 9:00 pm on the day of the festival.  Please bring a blank check to fill out for ease of payment.  Vendor must provide a gross receipt of the day's transactions at the time of payment. A $100 late fee will be applied for any payment received after June 8, 2024.
