Chronic Palooza Bully Dog Show - Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms By entering the Bully Dog Show at the Chronic Palooza, held at Crossroads Convention Center on April 20, 2024, you (the "Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the event. 2. Eligibility Participants must be 18 years of age or older. All dogs entered into the competition must be of a bully breed, as defined by the event organizers, and must be at least six months old on the day of the show. 3. Health and Safety All dogs must be in good health, free from infectious diseases, and have up-to-date vaccinations, including but not limited to rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. Proof of vaccinations must be presented upon request. Participants are responsible for the behavior of their dogs at all times. Dogs must be on a leash or in a suitable carrier unless in the designated off-leash areas or during their performance. Aggressive behavior from dogs or handlers will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant whose dog exhibits aggressive behavior. 4. Registration and Entry Fees Participants must register in advance of the event. The registration form must be completed in full, and the entry fee must be paid to secure a place in the show. Entry fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. 5. Judging and Prizes The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the results. Prizes will be awarded in various categories, as detailed in the event program. All prizes are non-transferable. 6. Liability The organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to dogs, participants, or spectators, except in cases of negligence by the organizers. Participants are liable for any damage or injury caused by their dogs to people, other animals, or property. 7. Photography and Media Participants grant the organizers the right to use any photographs, video, or other media taken at the event featuring their dogs for promotional or other purposes without further consent or compensation. 8. Cancellation and Changes The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event or make changes to the schedule, venue, or terms and conditions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded. 9. Compliance with Laws All participants must comply with local laws and regulations concerning dog ownership and public events. 10. Acknowledgment of Risks Participation in the Bully Dog Show involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, injury to you or your dog. By entering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. 11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation, with both parties agreeing to act in good faith to reach a resolution. 12.
