Auto-Billing & No Termination
1. Authorization for Auto-Billing: You authorize Rocket Doctor to automatically charge the provided credit card for the payment of all applicable fees, charges, and expenses related to the agreed-upon goods/services.
2. Billing Frequency: Your credit card will be automatically billed monthly, starting today, and then on the same day of each subsequent month.
3. Amount of Charges: You acknowledge and agree that you are to be charged on a monthly basis, for the following amount: $49.99 per week for Substance Support Plus Weekly and $179.99 per month for a Substance Support Plus Monthly.
4. Update of Credit Card Information: You shall promptly notify Rocket Doctor of any changes to the credit card information provided for auto-billing purposes. Failure to do so may result in failed transactions and additional charges.
5. Auto-Billing Authorization: This auto-billing authorization will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
6. Cancellation: You are required to give us notice of 1 billing period to cancel your plan (1 week for Substance Support Plus Weekly, 1 month for Substance Support Monthly). To cancel, please email customercare@rocketdoctor.io with notice of your cancellation. You must include reference of your full name and email address associated with your plan.
7. Responsibility for Late Payments: If an auto-billing transaction is unsuccessful or delayed, you are responsible for any late fees or charges incurred as a result.
