Event Waiver
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Tesla Synchronized lightshow hosted by X Takeover, I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I understand and acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the Tesla Synchronized Lightshow event, including but not limited to the risk of car collisions and accidents.
2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Tesla Synchronized Lightshow event, including the risk of injury, death, or property damage.
3. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue X Takeover, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, including but not limited to those arising from car collisions or accidents, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless X Takeover, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Tesla Synchronized Lightshow event.
5. I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding on me and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
6. I certify that I am fully aware of the content of this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily sign it of my own free will.
7. I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue X Takeover for any injuries, damages, or losses I may incur during the Tesla Synchronized Lightshow event.
