**Terms and Conditions for 1-1 Online Coaching Services**

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before participating in any online coaching services provided by Euan Simpson ("Coach", "We", "Us") for ice hockey goaltenders.

**1. Agreement to Terms**
By accessing or using my online coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the coaching services.

**2. Coaching Calls**
- The coaching sessions will be conducted online via Google Meet.
- Sessions will be scheduled in advance at a time convenient for both the coach and the client.
- Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

**3. Fees and Payment**
- Fees for coaching services will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of sessions.
- Monthly Payment is due in full before the first coaching session and subsiquent 1-1 coaching activities begin.
- Payment can be made through the designated payment method accepted by the coach.

**4. Cancellation and Refunds**
- Cancellations made by the client with at least 48 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the coach.
- On certain occasions there may be a possibility to reschedule a session, this will be at the discretion of the coach.

**5. Client Responsibilities**
- The client is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and necessary equipment for participating in online coaching sessions.
- The client agrees to actively engage in the coaching process, follow instructions provided by the coach, and communicate openly about their needs and goals.

**6. Coach Responsibilities**
- The coach will provide personalized coaching tailored to the client's skill level and goals.
- The coach will conduct sessions in a professional manner, respecting the client's time and confidentiality.
- The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or performance improvements, as progress depends on various factors including the client's dedication and effort.

**7. Confidentiality**
- All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
- The coach may use anonymized and aggregated data for research or promotional purposes with the client's consent.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
- The coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

**9. Modifications to Terms**
- The coach reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
- Continued use of the coaching services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

**10. Governing Law**
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.
