As the Office of Ministry & Missions, we are interested in hiring a team of student leaders who execute our mission to transform lives for eternity through their facilitation of ministries such as worship programming, LifeGroups, Vision Trips, local service, Student Missions, etc. If you have a passion for ministry and service, please complete this application! OMM student leaders are to be servants, advocates, friends, and ambassadors of the Office of Ministry and Missions to our campus.
OMM student leaders commit to being an example of godliness in their conduct in all that they do.
OMM student leaders are required to attend weekly "Transformation Tuesday" meetings from 11am-12pm.
OMM student leaders serve on a rotating schedule to serve on the Vespers Experience Team (approx. once per month).
OMM student leaders may not be a Southern mentor, Student Association officer, Resident's Assistant, Engage Ministry team leader, or Student Organization President.
While OMM student leaders may have a second job, it must not intervene with their primary role as a ministry leader.
