  • Pitch in to Protect!

    Use this form to register for volunteer projects. Upon submitting, a representative from the organization managing the volunteer project you've signed up for will be in touch to confirm. Please find more details about select projects at the bottom of this form.
  • Additional Details for Wildlife Friendly Fencing:

    • Fence projects are generally within an hour's driving distance of the Jackson Hole Town Square. The group meets in town on the morning of the project to carpool.
    • Volunteers must fill out a liability waiver with the Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation prior to participating 
    • No experience is needed and tools (gloves, pliers, etc.) are provided
    • Snacks and additional water are provided, but please bring you own lunch and water bottle. 
    • Long sleeve shirts, long pants, eye protection, sunscreen, raingear, and bugspray are all recommended. Questions, email info@jhwildlife.org
  • Additional Details for Invasive Weed Removal:

    • Invasive weed removal projects are either in town or about a 30 minute drive from Jackson Hole Town Square. The group meets in town on the morning of the project to carpool.
    • We do not use chemical herbicides.
    • Volunteers must fill out a liability waiver with the Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation prior to participating 
    • No experience is needed and tools (gloves, shovels, clippers) are provided
    • Snacks and additional water are provided, but please bring you own lunch and water bottle. 
    • Long pants, sunscreen, raingear, and bugspray are all recommended. Questions, email info@jhwildlife.org
  • Additional Details for Bird Banding:

    • This is a great experience for kids and families as you will get to see birds up close.
    • Our banding stations are 10 minute drive or 25 minute drive from the Jackson Town Square depending on the station. 
    • Visits to the banding stations are only available in the morning, so this is a good activity if you have plans for later in the day. Questions, email info@jhwildlife.org
