  • Please read and review.  

    • Each vendor is responsible for the working, liabilities and maintenance of their booth. Market staff will not watch your booth, close your booth, clean your booth and Old Union Community Center is not liable to any loss or damages to you or your property.
    • Smoking is only allowed in the vendor parking lot. NO vaping indoors!
    • All vendors are responsible for obtaining, maintaining and providing upon request, any legal documentation necessary to conduct business. This includes sales use and tax IDS, cottage industry licenses, exemptions, USDA certifications, etc. This market is subject to random inspection from the local health department and these documents may be asked to be presented at any time. Please have them readily available should they be needed.
    • ALL prepared foods items MUST come from Cottage Food Industries only. No exceptions!
    • Live animal booths will not be placed next to one another. If you notice this occurring, please notify a market director.
    • MLM companies are welcome but no duplicate genres will be accepted, ie. Only 1 essential oil company, 1 supplement company, 1 cleaning company, etc.

    • This is a family market. Please do not bring any merchandise with curse words, foul humor, inappropriate imaging or themes that would make parents uncomfortable for their children to be exposed to. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out to a market director. No weapon sales allowed!

    • There will be no refunds for cancelled booth or cancelled seasonal booths. Transfer of booth is allowed. Secondary vendor must complete a vendor application and be approved prior to the Friday before market day.
    • There will be no change available. Please have your cash prepared prior to market day.
    • There is no WiFi available on the property.
    • If there is a dispute vendor-vendor, vendor-customer, customer-customer, please notify market director immediately and allow staff to handle the situation.
     

    • Indoor vendors may set-up their booths the Friday before market days from 5:00-7:00 PM. Outdoor vendors may begin setting their booths up at 8:00am on market day mornings. ALL booths must be set-up and ready for service by 9AM on market days.
    • Booths MAY NOT be broken down before 2:00 (1pm during summer months), unless there is an emergency.
    • Vendors must park their cars in vendor parking. All cars must be parked by 8:30 Saturday morning.
    • Vendors MAY NOT exceed the bounds of their pre-paid spot unless discussed with a market director. Repeated failure to respect the space provided will result in forfeiture of future booth bookings.
    • Vendors may not leave vehicles parked overnight.
    • Indoors booths include (1) 8 foot table and 2 chairs. Vendors may bring additional tables, chairs, shelving, displays, etc. Indoor booths are 8’ x 9’, temperature controlled, and have bathroom access. Electricity is limited! Electricity will be awarded first request, first receive.
    • Outdoor booths are responsible for providing their owns tables, chairs, tents, awnings, etc. There is no outdoor electricity and all vendors have indoor bathroom access. Outdoor vendors requesting more than 1 outdoor booth will receive a $5 discount for every additional booth after the first. Ie. 1 booth, $25, 2 booths $45. These booths will be adjacent. One vehicle may remain behind booth for duration of market day, but may not be moved. Additional vehicles must be parked in vendor lot.
    • In the event of market cancellation, vendors will be given a credit for future use. If a vendor has purchased the season and a market day must be cancelled, no refunds will be given.
    • Month-to-month vendors only need to submit one application per market season.
    • Each month’s market will be open for month-to-month booth booking on the 1st of every month. Existing vendors will be emailed on the 1st of each month with a registration reminder. To register, just send payment and reply to registration email once payment is made with Business Name and market day registering for. Booth bookings are open to new vendors at this time as well. First come, first serve.
    • Full season vendors will have a spot, of their choosing, locked in for every market day of the season. Month-to-month vendors will not get to choose their spot, but requests will attempt to be accommodated. Booths will be assigned by market director for the first market day for ALL vendors.
    • Registration is confirmed once application is approved and payment is received.
     

    • Food trucks must have their own generator, water, awning, tables, chairs, trash cans, etc.
