Terms and Conditions
Vendor Registration Fees will vary based on location, season, and event type. The Vendor Registration Fee covers access to a natural, high foot traffic area of SPACE and event marketing.
There are two SPACE options: Option 1 is large enough to accomodate up to two (2) 6ft tables and two (2) chairs and Option 2 is large enough to accomadate up to one (1) 8ft table and two (2) chairs (chairs are provided at no cost).
You can rent a table from us: $8 per 6ft table and $10 per 8ft table. Each vendor can have a max of two (2) 6ft tables or one (1) 8ft table.
The Vendor Registration Fee is due upon receipt of Vendor Approval. The Vendor Registration Fee must be paid in full to be considered a participating vendor. No Spaces will be held.
Vendor Registration Fees are non-refundable. You can move your access to a future event date with a written request.
Vendors are required to provide a full length to the floor, cotton tablecloth for each table. No plastic tableclothe(s) are allowed and the tablecloth(s) MUST cover down to the floor with no visable inventory showing from under the table(s). Tablecloth rentals are available from us if needed.
All table displays MUST be professional. No written signage is allowed. All displays are subject to follow all mall rules and regulations.
Spaces will be available throughout the mall. Vendors are not guaranteed where the location of rented space will be.
If guidelines are not followed, you may be asked to leave the event early and will not be approved for future events.
