I agree to take complete responsibility for the actions of my dog and myself, before, after, and during class. At no time will the instructor of this class or Complete Canine Training Inc. or any of its affiliates be liable or responsible for the actions of myself, my dog, or any other person who accompanies me to class. I acknowledge that any video recordings or photos taken by any staff members of Complete Canine Training Inc. will be considered the property of Complete Canine Training Inc. This content may be used for marketing or training purposes in the future. I understand that I have the right to request not to be recorded or filmed during class, and such requests will be honored.
