To secure your team's place in the upcoming basketball league, a deposit is required at the time of registration.

We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your needs, with the remaining balance due according to the specified schedule. You are able to pay the balance off early.

In a team of 10 players, each player would be paying $25/game all-inclusive. If you have the maximum of 12 players, each player would pay $21/ game all-inclusive. This includes but is not limited to court fees, ref fees, photographer, videographer, statkeeper, scorekeeper, jerseys, & awards.

Please note that all payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable. This policy ensures our commitment to providing a well-organized and competitive experience for all participants.

Code of Conduct

It is an expectation of Ballers' Den LLC that you abide by the codes of conduct listed in this document. For their own safety and the safety of others, non participating young children of players are to be accompanied or adequately supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while activities are going on. Failure to act according to the codes of conduct may result in exclusion from Ballers Den LLC and its activities.

These codes of conduct are intended as guidelines appropriate for all involved in the sport of basketball; including though not limited to players, coaches, officials and spectators.

These codes are guides within which each participating group should endeavour to operate to improve the basketball experience all participants.

The code requires that you:

Abide by the rules of the sport

Follow directions given by officials

Demonstrate the principle of mutual respect

Designated officials of Ballers' Den LLC are authorised to require a person to leave the premises where the activites are being held if that person breaches the code through:

Verbal or physical abuse of other participants

Harassment or discrimination of individuals or groups

Constant or aggressive questioning of decisions

Ridicule, baiting or uttering audible obscenities

Engaging in behaviour which fails the mutual respect test

Further action is not precluded where a person is asked to leave the premises. We accept that disagreements and disputes may occur. Address these in a polite, calm manner using the procedures of your sport.

As a participant in the The Ballers' Den League, I agree and state as follows:

I voluntarily choose to participate in the basketball league, basketball-related activities, and other activities incidental to The Ballers' Den (the “Basketball Activities”) organized by Ballers' Den LLC.

I understand that there are risks and hazards involved in participating in the basketball league, basketball-related activities, and activities incidental thereto that may result in injury and/or death to me or to other players.

I understand that these risks and hazards include, but are not limited to, risks and hazards associated with playing conditions, equipment, other participants, and referees and risks and hazards caused by the negligence of the participants and others, including the Organizers, persons assisting them, and the facilities’ owner.

I understand that the very nature of the game of basketball is hazardous and risky, including, but not limited to, the acts of throwing, bouncing, and catching the ball; running; jumping; stretching; sliding; and collisions with other players and with stationary objects--all of which acts can cause serious injury to me and to other players and referees.

I understand that there may be risks and dangers that are not known to me or that are not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

I agree to the following in consideration of the Organizers’ (Ballers' Den LLC) permitting me to participate in the Basketball Activities and in consideration of their permitting me to play on the facilities they have selected:

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks of injury incurred or suffered by me while participating in the Basketball Activities, while attending and observing the Basketball Activities of others, and while on or upon any and all of the facilities at which the Basketball Activities are conducted.

I release, discharge, and agree not to sue the Organizers (Ballers' Den LLC), any person assisting them, nor the facilities’ owner regarding any claims, damages, costs, or causes of action which I have, or may in the future have, anticipated or unanticipated, from whatever cause and resulting from, or arising out of, my participation in the Basketball Activities.

I release, discharge, and agree not to sue the Organizers (Ballers' Den LLC), nor any person assisting them, nor the facilities’ owner regarding any claims, damages, costs, or causes of action which I have, or may in the future have, anticipated or unanticipated, from whatever cause and resulting from, or arising out of, the conditions and use of the playing facilities.

Although the safety of all sport activities is the primary concern, outdoor sport activities hosted by Ballers DEN LLC may cause injuries and/or death. I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against Ballers Den LLC and the persons in charge.
