Payment for Vendor space MUST be received by June 26 ,2024
Payment and Form Options:
- Complete online form, e-sign and pay with link provided.
- Pay online at https://www.blueridgeridingclub.org/vendor-information.html#/ and email completed form to brrcbod@gmail.com
- Mail completed form and payment to BRRC, PO Box 69, Blue Ridge, TX 75424. Make checks payable to BRRC.
Miscellaneous:
- Generators must be approved before use.
- Tear down may begin at the conclusion of the rodeo.
- You will receive four (4) vendor passes for each night. Additional passes may be purchased for $5 each.
- You are responsible for picking up trash around your space and bagging as needed. Trash bags will be available in the tractor shed.
- Please email us your logo so we may advertise that you will be in attendance at the rodeo.
- You are responsible for providing your own table(s), tent(s) and extension cord(s) as needed.

Release of Liability: By signing below, I hereby agree to grant indemnity to the Blue Ridge Riding Club, Inc., the members of this club and any volunteers officiating at any event from all actions, claims and liability of damage to my person, my child(ren), person, horse(s), personal property and vehicle(s) as a result of participation as a vendor or spectator.
