To provide the best experience for everyone and fit perfectly into your event's schedule, we suggest planning our meet and greet session for a time in the middle of the event.

Preferred Time Frame*

To make sure we give the best performance and keep our special costume in perfect condition, we need to be indoors. The costume can't handle outdoor weather well, but being inside will let us give everyone a great and memorable experience. Please plan for our part of the event to be indoors. This will help protect the costume and ensure we can perform at our best.

Kimmy’s Costume Haven is located in Rosemount, MN. The first 15 miles are included in the package. Client is responsible for paying a traveling fee of $2 per mile for every mile over 15 miles. The address for this event may not be altered for any reason due to scheduling conflicts.

Security Deposit: The client is required to pay a 50% non-refundable security deposit at the time of rental booking to hold the event date and time. This deposit will be used towards the final booking price.*

Rescheduling/Cancellations: Deposits made for booking sessions are non-refundable. In cases of illness, deposits may be transferred as credit to another event, subject to management approval. Please be aware that rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed for specific dates or times. Only 1 reschedule is permitted. Failure to reschedule within 3 months from the date of original event, will result in the forfeiture of both the rescheduled session and deposit.*
