Equine (Horse) Therapy Try it Out Day:
This session is to give opportunity to young people with diverse abilities to develop new skills, discover new abilities and define the life they want to live.
Join Stepping Stones and 'Liv with Horses' to harness the therapeutic power of horses to target physical health and emotional well-being for young people living with physical, intellectual, emotional, and social challenges.
This program lets people interact with horses with the help of specially trained providers. Through practices like bathing, grooming, and caring for the horse, individuals can explore their own feelings, behaviours, and interactions with others.
Horse riding can also improve coordination, muscle power, balance, decision-making, and general wellbeing.
