Warranty Terms
Coverage: Our gaming chair is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Duration: The duration of the warranty period varies depending on the specific model of the gaming chair and is outlined in the warranty documentation provided with the product. Typically, the warranty period begins from the date of purchase covering 1 calendar year.
Claims Procedure: In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, along with a description of the defect. Video recording of unboxing if self-assembling, is required.
Repair or Replacement: Upon verification of the warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective gaming chair or its components.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, improper assembly, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover cosmetic damage or damage caused by environmental factors such as exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.
Limitations of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as outlined above. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our gaming chair, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
Exclusive Remedy: The remedies provided in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchaser for any defects in the gaming chair. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to the warranty will not affect the warranty coverage for products purchased prior to the modification date.
