Liability Waiver

In consideration for being allowed to participate in any way in the New York Knights Flag Football Organization, and all related games, events, and activities, I, the participant or parent/guardian of the participant, acknowledge and agree that;
1. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that my participation in the sports events and activities carries with it inherent and serious risks including but not limited to; bone fractures, slight and serious physical injuries, body sores, or death. I further agree that my participation in the sports events and activities is voluntary and i assume all risks and responsibilities arising from my participation
2. I understand and consent to be bound by the rules and policies explained by the New York Knights in its Code of Conduct. In any case that the New York Knights get hold of competent proof of my violation of its Code of Conduct, negligently or intentionally, it has the right to expel and disquality me from participating in the sports events and activities
3. I discharge the New York Knights, their officials, employees, coaches, staff, and authorized agents ("Releasees"), with respect to any injury, illness, disability, death, and loss to person or property arising from my participation, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or others.
4. I promise not to sue and indemnify the Releasees from any liabilities arising out of my participation, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or others.
I have read this Liability Waiver, fully understand its terms, and that, by signing it, I have given up substantial rights, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
