  • Your main tasks: 

    • Account Management: It means taking care of posts, stories, mass messages, DMs, and brand upkeep. You should be able to study your assigned model's personality and match all tasks to her specific style, with an engaging content strategy.
    • Seeking out new sales opportunities: Actively negotiating is a must, you should be able to close the best sales possible with a creative and strategic approach.
    • Client relations: Build strong connections between the model and the subscriber by making individual content sales. This is the most profitable task, but also the one where you should be the most open-minded to the sexual matter, and where sales and convincing skills come in handy.
    • Performance reports: Send feedback to assigned management about the account's accomplishments and needs in relation to your own performance, maintaining accurate records.
    • Effective teamwork: Allow proper collaboration avoiding responsibility or ethical issues.

  • POSITIONS AVAILABLE

    All of our scheduled are set in Venezuelan Standard Time (GMT-4)

    • FULL TIME:

      Monday to Friday. Payment schemes vary:
      • Starting at $270 + 10% Commissions (per month), UP to $300 + 11.5% Commissions + Regular Bonuses for performance (per month).
    1. AM shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm VET
    2. PM shift: 5:00 pm – 3:00 am VET
      45 min break

     

    • WEEKENDS:

      Saturdays and Sundays. Payment schemes vary:
      • Starting at $150 + 10% Commissions per month), UP to $150 + 11.5% Commissions + Regular Bonuses for performance (per month). 
    1. AM shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm VET
    2. PM shift: 5:00 pm – 3:00 am VET
      45 min break

  • Something to keep in mind:

    We assign different payment schemes to all sellers based on performance only: An average full-time seller can earn from $600 up to $1.000 (salary + commissions). And the top performing full-time sellers (who get the 300$ salary) make monthly sales that allow them to earn even $2.000 a month thanks to the 11.5% commissions.
