• Mooring Application Form 2024

  • There are a limited number of Moorings available in front of the Club in the area known as ‘The Patch’. Traditionally these moorings have been used for the Glen & Squib Classes or smaller boats.

    Mooring Rates:
    The Moorings rate for all boats is calculated by the LOA (in meters) of the boat. 

    The 2024 mooring rates will be €189 p/ meter (with minimum charge of 5.5m).

    Glen Class: Please note that the Glen Mooring fee includes crane and Boathouse assistance with the stepping and unstepping of the boats mast at the start and end of the season and the Lift In and Lift out of the boat. 

    Additional Floats:
    If you would like an additional float (sometimes referred to as a 'Hard Hat' connected to your mooring bridle for the season, please select this option. This additional float helps take some of the weight of the mooring chain making it somewhat easier to pick up the mooring bridle.

    I/We hold adequate insurance against third party liability for any one accident or series of accidents arising from any one occurrence for the period it is parked/moored/stored on the Club's property.I/We hereby indemnify the Club, its servants or agents against any loss or damage arising from the use of Club Moorings, Storage Space, and Crane, Pontoons or Members' facilities which shall be at my /our own personal risk.I/We confirm the boat detailed is my/our property and accept that while availing of Club facilities I/we shall be responsible for the management and control of the vessel and the conduct of its crew.I/We confirm we have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions attaching to this application.
