Simply put, this "competition" is in its early days, and unforeseen issues with the rules may cause unexpected outcomes. Don't set your heart on prizes.

    Legal:

By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that the contest is in its formative stages and the rules may be subject to refinement. While we strive for fairness and transparency, the nature of this evolving competition may lead to unforeseen outcomes that could be perceived as unfair. We encourage all participants to focus on the spirit of collaboration and innovation rather than the pursuit of prizes. Your participation signifies your understanding and acceptance that not all outcomes may align with your expectations, and this acceptance is essential to the ongoing development and improvement of this event.

There are four sets of terms and conditions to agree to here.

You likely already agreed to all of these when you joined the Discord.

The first set is the Apache Open Source License.

The next set is the Apache CLA.

The third one is a data sharing agreement that is not anything like a traditional data sharing agreement, but rather allowing us to share data between multiple entities which we are dividing into. We intend to divide into a charity, a nonprofit, and a wholly owned subsidiary business in order to fulfill our complex mission, and we'd like all of those bits of who we are to be allowed to stay in touch with you.

Finally, we have our general EULA.
