30 Minute DPF Clean will make every endeavor to complete the work by the prescribed time, subject to circumstances beyond their control.
I, the undersigned, hereby grant 30 Minute DPF Clean’s authorized employee’s permission to operate the diesel particulate filter Cleaning machine on my diesel particulate filter Cleaning herein described on their previous condition, dynamometer, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.
30 Minute DPF Clean accepts no responsibility for parts supplied by clients/customers used or new. It’s the sole responsibility of the client/customer to ensure the items supplied are correct and/or in good working order. Filters are inspected by authorized employees and the cleaning machine will be tested for flow before start of the cleaning operation to assess if the filter is damaged. If the provided filter is damaged, the filter will be removed from the machine, and you will be notified. If the filter is severely past manufacturer limit, it may require extra cleaning.
30 Minute DPF Clean accepts no responsibility for any damage incurred from incorrect items supplied by customers/clients. 30 Minute DPF Clean accepts no responsibility for loss or damage by diesel particulate filter cleaning machine, theft, or accident to the diesel particulate filter cleaning, its equipment, or contents while on its premises. Displaced parts will only be returned to the owner if requested. There are no warranty or guarantee on the vehicle’s sensor if they are broken during the process.
30 Minute DPF Clean will be entitled to reasonable storage charges ($5 per day) if the owner fails to take delivery of the diesel particulate filter cleaning within five (5) days after notification that the work has been completed. Storage charges will be added after five (5) days unless prior arrangements have been made.
There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on product(s) and/or the inability to monitor their diesel particulate filter cleaning, installation, and use, unless otherwise stated. If it passes primary inspection via machine, 30 Minute DPF Clean cannot guarantee life expectancies. 30 Minute DPF Clean will not pay for the removal and installation of the units provided for cleaning. Clamps and seals are also not included in the standard cleaning cost, any replacement will be at the expense of the customer. 30 Minute DPF Clean shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequent damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. 30 Minute DPF Clean shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse. 30 Minute DPF has a 6-month clean guarantee for any filter or component that we have cleaned. There is no warranty expressed, written or implied. If you leave the sensors on the filters, we are not responsible for any damage to sensors.
All of the sensors will need to be removed from the item prior to cleaning to avoid damaging the sensor itself. Due to the extreme temperatures and constant heat cycles in the aftertreatment system, it is common for the sensor threads to pull out, strip, or become otherwise unable to put the sensor back in. At that point, we can typically have a machine shop fix the threads at an additional cost, plus the cost of a replacement sensor.
