  • ABOUT THE 2024 SUMMER EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

Employers interested in being considered as a worksite for eligible program clients, please review the following:

    • Our program clients may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week for a maximum of 240 hours or 350 hours, determined at program eligibility.
    • Depending on program eligibility, our clients may be placed on Forward Careers’ or your organization’s payroll. Supervisors may be required to submit bi-weekly timesheets for each client placed at your organization. Details confirmed during contract review.
    • Forward Careers does not provide background checks, TB test, or drug screens. If your organization wishes to conduct any pre employment requirements, it will be the responsibility of your organization to cover the costs.
    • The responsibility of the Supervisor is to teach and mentor our clients through hands-on and academic skills.
    • The submission of a job request does not guarantee our clients will be placed at your organization.

Please provide the following information as thoroughly as possible so that we can accurately match our clients to the appropriate worksite, based both on their abilities and your requirements.

    Thank you!
