Cancellation Policy

We have a very strict non-refundable retainer policy. Retainer amounts vary depending on the artist and service that you are booking for. Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the retainer being forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book a future appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a full charge of the service scheduled.
